As part of their Simple Spread series, Saltrock Dairy is swapping the workshop table for a supper table with an intimate Galentine’s Supper built around good food, shared plates, and memorable stories.
This is not a class, but a gathering - an evening of beautiful local produce and simple seasonal dishes, lovingly cooked by Catherine and shared around the table at Saltrock. Expect plenty of butter (of course), thoughtful cooking, and flavours that speak for themselves.
The night will be gently woven together by Lorraine from Gallivanting.ie, who will bring folklore, stories, and a strong sense of place to ground the evening in tradition and the quiet magic of coming together.
