Colclough Walled Garden feature in the New Ross Standard by David Looby

Colclough Gardens at Tintern Abbey are always blooming with ideas and the latest is a vegetable crisp offering which is being developed this year.

Gardens manager Alan Ryan said Colclough joined Taste Wexford, saying there are plans to collaborate more with other Wexford producers.

“They are trying to get either a visitor attraction to do a food element or a food producer to do a visitor attraction. Fáilte Ireland have been flagging this for a number of years that when people visit an area they want an immersive food experience.”
