Smokin Soul Course Dates for March 2020
28th of March: 9.30AM to 4.30PM
29th of March: 6AM to 5PM
Smokin Soul HQ in Wexford
Following on from our successful course days in October 2019 we are preparing for new dates in the Spring 2020. Over the weekend of 28th and 29st of March we will be running open fire, bbq and smoked meat courses.
These courses will again take place at our HQ in Wexford. Saturdays schedule will deal with open fire cooking of all types which will include santa maria grills, bbqs and open fire itself. Sundays schedule will be all about smoked meats from our smokers. The course days will be ran on our largest home built smokers, south American rigs and bbqs, so attendees can get a great experience running smokers and rigs that may not be practical elsewhere. All meats will be for tasting and take away should the attendee’s desire.
As with previous course weekends people can attend one day of their choice or attend both days.
