The vegetables and salads that are incorporated into the fresh and nutritious dishes at Kilmokea are either cropped straight from their on-site vegetable garden or provided by Mary Regan of Regan Organic Farm, a leading producer in County Wexford for the quality in organic chickens and organic pigs they produce.
