We are Karen and Natalie Keane sisters and founders of Bean and Goose. We make chocolate at Last Tree Farm based in the Wexford countryside.
We are a single origin chocolate brand inspired by Irish designers, food producers and other makers to create exciting and beautiful chocolate. We source our raw cocoa ingredients come from all over the world but our flavours are inspired by our surroundings in the Wexford countryside. We use ingredients that reflect and celebrate the Irish seasons.
Bean and Goose reflects contemporary Ireland, its flavours, its colours and its people.

Experiences to share
Our chocolate making experiences allow guests to enjoy the patience and rhythm involved in hand making chocolate using time honoured techniques and natural ingredients. Our workshops bring elements of our chocolate making knowledge and creative process to life.
All of our workshops are interactive hands on occasions. This workshop involves learning the art of ganache infusing and truffle rolling.
At Bean and Goose we use ingredients from our gardens and foraged from the local countryside in our chocolate making. We will share with guests how different flavours compliment and interact with each other and how we select our chosen flavour pairings.
We will demonstrate how we infuse local herbs and fruits in Irish cream and how we combine this infusion with our couverture chocolate and Irish butter to create a rich and fresh ganache. Once cooled, the ganache is ready for rolling and dipping . Guest will work in small teams to create their chosen infusion from a selection of flavours and can individually roll and finish their own truffles.
We will take guests on a journey to discover the role of single origin chocolate in the premium chocolate space offering tasting sessions using some of the rare origins that we work with.
Guests will learn the Bean and Goose story, how we have developed our own unique way of selecting our ingredients and creating our chocolates.
