The festive season is well and truly upon us now which is why this #TasteThursday, we have another fabulous recipe for you to try this Christmas. This one is truly Wexford!

🎄Wexford Blackcurrant Gin Cocktail 🎄

You will need:
- 40ml @naturallycordial Wexford Blackcurrant cordial
- 160ml @jackfordirish Potato Gin
- 200ml @poachersdrinks Tonic Water
- 2 limes quartered

Method:
- Fill a jug with ice and pour in the gin and cordial.
- Stir well and leave to sit for a few minutes.
- Add the limes and tonic water, then stir again.

Prefer a mocktail? Simply leave out the alcohol and add some @wild.about mocktail syrups!

Turkey and ham is a Christmas dinner staple so this #TasteThursday, we're bringing you a recipe from Sarah Kim that is sure to spice up your meal.

🎄O’Neills Cola Ham Fillet with Sticky Treacle Glaze 🎄

For the ham, you will need:
- 2kg @oneillsbacon ham fillet
- 2 litres cola
- 1 onion

For the glaze, you will need:
- 1 handful of cloves
- 1 heaped tablespoon black treacle
- 2 teaspoons English mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons demerara sugar

Method:
- Put the ham in a pan, add the onion, then pour in the cola.
- Bring to the boil, reduce to a good simmer, put the lid on, though not tightly, and cook for just under 2½ hours.
- Preheat the oven to 240°C.
- When the ham is ready, remove the skin to leave a thin layer of fat. Add cloves then carefully spread the treacle over the skin. Gently pat the mustard and sugar onto the sticky fat. Cook in a foil-lined roasting tin for approximately 10 minutes or until the glaze is burnished and bubbly.
